CSIX Connect invites you to attend our October Recruiter Panel, featuring staff and contract recruiters from across the Bay Area.
What happens on the ‘other side of the desk’ throughout the job search process that you need to know? How do recruiters and hiring managers think, work and judge your candidacy? What might you do to get an edge on the competition? What do you need to do to increase your odds of winning the job you really want?

In this 3½ hour workshop event, top Bay Area recruiters (with open jobs to fill) will conduct a panel discussion touching all parts of the job search and some aspects of longer-term career development. As part of the event, each participating company will hold a breakout group session where attendees can speak with recruiters in an informational interview-like setting. In these breakout sessions attendees will be able ask questions about the company and submit resumes for specific open jobs, if they wish.

The event starts promptly at 9:00AM. Please arrive by 8:30 so you can register, get refreshments if you want them, and be in your seat before the program begins.
Bring your resumes, business cards, and questions for the Recruiters. Specifically, bring one resume for the registration process and one for each company you would like to apply to. If there is a job or jobs at a company that you are particularly interested in, write the name of the position and it’s job req. number at the top of the resume you are turning in to that company’s recruiter.
